We had a fun time exploring the Sol shopping complex nearby, which has great shops and a cool cinema. The family room was spacious enough for us and we enjoyed the tasty BBQ chicken wings at the restaurant. The friendly staff was very accommodating, especially Mavis, who went above and beyond to assist us.

My kids wished the room had better soundproofing to block out the noise from neighboring rooms. A more peaceful atmosphere would make it better for family stays.

Spent 3 nights here and loved it! The bathroom was nice and spacious which was a pleasant surprise. Just wish the bar had more shot glasses, that was kinda weird. Breakfast options were okay but could use more bread choices.

i stayed in the family room at ibis. the location was perfect, right in the city center, just opposite a nightclub that was open from 10pm-6am. it was super convenient with all major stores nearby. the staff were fantastic, especially vincent – he really made our stay memorable! also, i enjoyed relaxing at the health club above the hotel.
